you can go relieve your bladder anywhere when you need to--that is if the nearest restroom is 4 miles and you're in a hiking trail. No excuse anywhere else...

Moanaloa Valley Hiking Trail

 

This great place to hike. The terrain is pretty good, has little hills, but mostly pretty even. Along the trail is a stream that gets filled up when it rains. So do not wear running shoes. It may get slippery during numerous stream crossing. Some vegetation I recognized are: bananas trees, Java plums (invassive), guavas, ginger flowers, bamboo grass, mangoes, palm tree (the one native to Hawaii)some native tree-can't remember the name )a lot of native grass:)
